Safe for solo female travel, clean, in process of remodeling exterior. Only downside was the lack of a business center but the public library is newer and has plenty of options for quiet workspace.

I really enjoyed by stay. I really have no complaints regarding the hotel or service. Room was very clean and ready to go when I arrived. I was able to check in early, which is always nice. Every staff member I came into contact with was very polite and professional. Hotel itself was very quiet, however it is very close to the interstate and make street of Kearney, but not the Hotels fault. I did have a few issues I would like to point out. The TV streaming was VERY bad. The tv would freeze and then took 5-10 minutes to start up again and it would cut in and out a lot. Streaming isn't always a good thing. In my room, I received one coffee cup and one coffee pod. The room slept 4, so that didn't seem quite right, and so I would have to get dressed to go down to the coffee area to get coffee and more times than not the coffee was one degrees from being cold. Enjoyed my stay over all and am hoping to book a room for the next conference I attend.
