We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel. The location and accommodations were excellent, but what truly made our experience memorable was the outstanding service from Tammy at the front desk and Omar at the concierge desk. Tammy was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us organize our plans. Her recommendations and assistance made our visit much easier and more enjoyable. Omar was always smiling, welcoming, and available to help with any questions or needs we had. Tammy and Omar are both wonderful representatives of the hotel, and their exceptional service made our stay truly special. We would gladly return! Tammy and Omar, if you see this, THANK YOU for making my birthday so special and my stay something I'll never forget!

The hotel is VERY nice. Well appointed, excellent design. I didn’t see a single piece of drywall - all wood, marble and wall coverings. Cuddos to the design team. Wow! The staff is as pleasant as can be. The hiring manager must be a sociologist. However…. Breakfast is a disaster. The yogurt parfait, for $16, is 90% yogurt. Three “toppings” are crammed into the space remaining; my berries and granola err gone in about four bites. And skip the breakfast burrito, unless you like a LOT of cheese holding together fatty meat requiring fangs chew through. Finally, careful of a morning rush: if all the chairs are occupied, only attempt to consume your over priced meal if you stand between the tables. Leaning on an abandoned security table is uncouth, as I was informed, however politely (great staff). That said….. I can see how over $2.6bn was spent. And given the extensive gardens, why Lake Mead is a bit low……

Make sure not to even pick an item up in the room just to look at it otherwise you get charged for it.... my kid picked up the pringles can to show me and we got charged $16 for it. All he did was picked it up and put it back down.

Great stay
