The staff are responsive, helpful and friendly. Outdoor pool is nice area to hang out. The hotel is ,surrounded by busy streets but tucked-in a privately in a large compound that makes it quiet and safe place.

Where we got the room, there was a lot of noises in the morning. Wake up with the chiseling sound that’s kind of uncomfortable for five star hotel.. i’m sure they’re doing some kind of construction.. . Overall, it was OK.

Hotel was a beautiful heritage building. Because of this expect small bathrooms but they were perfectly adequate and spotless. Majority of staff with amazing and so friendly and went out of their way to assist. Only staff I found rude and dismissive were the front reception staff who give you the feeling that you weren’t good enough to stay there. Security staff dining and pool staff were all brilliant

Amazing Nepalese hospitality

The hotel is an old heritage building so the bathrooms are small but perfectly functional and clean. Our view from both rooms was terrible but that happens and we didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't the end of the world. Staff made the stay from the cleaning and dining staff to the security they were all amazing. Only issue I had was with the front desk staff, they were aloof and rude. You were made to feel that you weren't good enough to stay there, which was certainly not the behaviour of the rest of the staff. It's a shame that the front-line staff leave a bad taste.

The hotel is clean. It looks royal and it has a good restaurant. The breakfast spread is really wonderful. It has a collection of Indian continental sushi, Italian, and other cuisines. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kathmandu Nepal. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help anyone that is there as a guest.
