The property had their AC units settings locked at a minimum setting of 24 and you cannot take any lower
Also house keeping turn all Ac units off everyday so upon return on a plus 40 degree day the room is terribly hot
All because they think they are saving a couple of $ on energy
However when you charge the amount you do this should be a customer choice of comfort level not yours
Won’t stay here again

Hi Ashley,
I am disappointed with your review. Yes, we have new energy saving remotes and we have never had a complaint about them. You forget to mention that when you complained about the aircons we gave you different remotes that allowed you to set the air cons to whatever temperature you wanted, so I don't understand why you felt the need to complain on here when we sorted the problem for you immediately. It sounds like nothing we did would have changed your view. I am also not sure why you extended your stay if you were so unhappy here??? Our prices are competitive with other self contained apartments, but if you were after a donga unit or a simple motel room then yes they are more affordable.

This is the second year we stayed here and was just as nice enjoyed our week just relaxing and going out and about around Karratha
Friendly staff clean rooms and fully self contained. Would recommend it to anyone 👍
