Hotels on the River in Karlovy Vary

I recently returned from a trip of a lifetime to the beautiful Czech Republic, and staying at Hotel Romance in Karlovy Vary was hands down the most special part of my entire journey. From the moment I arrived, the customer care was absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly helpful, personable, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. My room was completely spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. To add to an already perfect stay, the food was excellent—every meal was a delight. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The location is also unbeatable. You are steps away from everything, making it incredibly easy to walk to the historic colonnades, thermal springs, and all the local shops. I cannot recommend Hotel Romance enough. If you are planning a visit to Karlovy Vary and want a charming, flawless experience, this is the place to book.

Samuel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He accommodated all our wishes and made sure everything was perfect. We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!!

Went to Blue first, and an endless line for checking with no extra help. Two middle-aged ladies at the desk did the best considering. Then a surprise that I had to go to Green building instead. Wasted almost a half an hour only to go to a different place. At Green building, what a difference, at the desk Dominik was great quick and very efficient. David was fantastic as well when I extended my stay.
