Ideal location!

The room was super spacious..the pillows were huge for hugging!! Except for thd sysined carpet , it was fabulous...the location ideal, right in the middle of the pedestrian street Walk to mny restaurants along the canal.like..to the Thermal spa Maria at reception was very hospital & helpful! Got bottle of free wine!

I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews on this hotel but was pleasantly surprised and did not experience any problems during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed two rooms which were very clean and comfortable with small but wonderful balconies. Parking can be challenging but this is an inner-city hotel with an excellent walkable location and it is to be expected. Check in was painless and the breakfast good and tasteful. We will stay here again.

Location in the pedestrian zone is excellent. Unfortunately, access with a car to the property is difficult. No parking. The public garage is about 15 minutes walk away.

Fantastic hotel

The hotel is great and really well located. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, also really spacious. Breakfast was served on the top floor, and there was a very nice view of the city. Would definitely recommend for a couple visiting Karlovy Vary.

Perfect Hotel

The building is beautiful, the room was stylish and comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the spa was comfortable and luxurious. The entire staff was more than friendly. I came in late for the breakfast one morning, but a woman was friendly enough to bring up some bread, meats, and cheeses. Most rooms have balconies and the views are spectacular. It seems to be in one of the best locations in the city. Honestly, one of the nicest hotel experiences that I have ever had.
