Super friendly staff. Good dinner option. Rooms are super spacious for Japanese standards, but the bed had a quite hard old mattress and shower/bathroom was old, but functional. All in all decent value for the money spent.

客室は清潔で静か、スタッフの皆様も懇切丁寧な対応で、また観音寺市に行く機会がありましたら宿泊したいと思いました。ホテル内の中国料理店で夕食を食べましたが、とても美味しかったです。 ただ、大浴場が閉鎖されていたのが唯一残念でしたね。お世話になりました。ありがとう御座いました。
チャーハンの他に焼売もいただきました。とても美味しかったです。

お風呂の排水口がつまっているのか、シャワーを出しているとすぐに溜まってぬるぬるして気持ち悪かった。シャワーを出し続けていると、何もしていないのに、いきなり温度が変わって戻ってを繰り返していた。 アメニティの歯磨き粉が不味かった。 古いが部屋は全体的に清潔だった。 近くにお散歩できる公園もあり、全体的に静かだった。

20年前には大浴場があり、楽しみにしていたが今回は無かった。経営者が中国人に変わり日本語が通じず就職3ヶ月のフロントとの対応に苦労した。フロントや廊下等館内は暖房が入って無く寒すぎた。全てに於いて節約モードであった。部屋は前経営者から引き継ぎ状態のままと思われる、値段の割には作りがよかった。 素泊まりならコスパは良いと思う。

予約した2部屋が2階と3階だったのでとても不便でした。 お風呂の設備がとても古かったです。 掃除は綺麗にしてくれていましたが、 ドライヤーが冷たい風しか出なくて困りました。 スタッフの方の感じは良かったのですが、 設備が古過ぎてさすがに厳しかったです。

老闆娘很好客；早餐提供的炒飯很好吃，值得推薦。旅館還提供免費晚餐啤酒、點心券；但因為我們晚上在溫泉會館泡湯，所以就沒使用到，但可以感受到老闆娘的熱情招待。

昔からある老舗のホテル、レトロですがリフォームされていて清潔感もあり良いと思います。浴衣もあるし使い捨てのスリッパもある、当然アメニティーもあります、お風呂は大きくて快適、湯量もたっぷりですぐに満タンになります。Wi-Fiも問題なし、この値段でこの設備は申し分ないと思います。鉄筋コンクリート造で界壁はRC造なので防災も上も問題ないと思います。かわいく人なつっこい猫ちゃんが出迎えてくれます。
