Our stay at the Elysium Hotel in Cyprus was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we are genuinely grateful for everything the hotel did to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and immaculate facilities. Every detail has been carefully thought out, and it truly felt like a luxurious haven. However, what made our stay even more special was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A particular highlight was the exceptional care they took with our dietary preferences. As vegetarians, we were so appreciative of the variety of options offered to us at every meal. The staff took the time to understand our needs, and the chefs were more than happy to accommodate us, making each dining experience a delight. We’d like to give a special mention to Andres, the supervisor manager, who made such a difference in our stay. He always went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, and his genuine care for our comfort and satisfaction was truly remarkable. Absolutely world class and very deserving of the five star! The service from entering the hotel throughout has been absolutely sublime! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that welcomed us upon arrival but he was absolutely exceptional incredibly informative and gave us a itinerary of the facilities restaurants areas of the hotel and guided us to our hotel a true credit to the hotel.

Lovely hotel with a nice setting However let down by no air con in the room in the winter made the room too warm. Reception advised this was hotel policy. Made sleeping at night hard. Restaurants do not show menu prices outside each venue Breakfast buffet large, but cooked hot food was only like warm. Only the omelette was hot. Their own app did not work, you could not select the hotel. Was reported but nothing happened
