The location of this hotel is great. There is a bar on the top floor where you can see a great view of the city. They won´t check you in before 3 o´clock, but they take care of your lauggage so you can visit the city. The man at the front desk was very unpolite telling us 3 times the check out time (11 am). He never answer a question about the restaurant of the hotel. Staff, in general, was not friendly. Hotel too big, slow elevator. Didn´t use the facilities.

Hotel RIHGA had this wonderful view and the breakfast buffet was great. Rooms were a bit small, but we had four beds, so understandable and not horrible. Hiroshima is such a cute town.

While the property is 30 years old, it retains its focus on guest service. Plenty of amenities, including spa, pool, health club. Included if on club floor. Also a convenience store and wonderful service. Rooftop restaurant and other restaurants. Breakfast was included for me. I feel it was an excellent value. The location can’t be better. Walkable to Peace Memorial Museum and Atomic Bomb Dome.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Family friendly, easy check in and check out, and the best location and view for exploring Hiroshima City. We will certainly be back to this hotel.

Awesome hotel right at the center of the city. Walking distance to most attractions and easy to navigate. Hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and rooms were a great size with nice views. Next time I visit Hiroshima I will stay here.

The hotel staff were very helpful and booked a nearby restaurant for dinner and rang a camera shop in Kyoto for me too. However the breakfast choice and dining room was disappointing and felt like a conveyor belt service

Kim at the front desk is great. He sets the hotel apart from others we stayed at. Kim makes you feel welcome and that you have a friend at the hotel who cares about your visit. Room was nice and big but dated. Crack in sink upset my partner. Breakfast was disappointing. We stayed at 5 hotels and had breakfast at each. This hotel by far was number 5. Busy and less of a selection than in the other cities. Location is excellent near where you want to be and is beside bus terminal for our departure to the airport.

Lovely hotel and stay

What a lovely stay. The room was amazing and the view was something else. Our stay was made very comfortable by the staff. Would definitely recommend the executive room. The pool was very good and it has to be booked for a swim.

Amazing Hiroshima!

One of the best stays we have had, if not the best! Everything was perfect and the staff were always polite helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was tasty and filling- a great way to start your day. Many Japanese and Western options. Location can’t be beat - walk to the Peace Park and A Dome plus museums and dining nearby. Underground passage access to tram lines and the 1 subway line in Hiroshima. Our room had a fabulous view and we enjoyed the facial products, soft sleeping gowns, strong hot showers, and bath felt like a spa. Cant’ wait to return one day.

Nice hotel - good for the price but its all feeling a bit tired. You can see it was once a hotel that was quite grand, but its not been updated for some time so our room and some of the decor felt quite dated. Still, the room had a lovely view, was in a good location and was clean and comfortable.
