The townhouse was perfect for us- right across from the new hockey rink. Park City was easy to get to and it was so much more convenient to be away from the traffic and able to drive directly to the highway when needed. Beds were very comfortable with heavy comforters. The kitchen is well equipped. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing summer! We love this location. We were so close to everything. The bus stop was right down the road. The neighborhood was quiet. The condo was gorgeous, simple, clean, and well insulated from any outside noise. It was our favorite stay in Park City yet!

Nice and Close to Everything

We were two families, 4 adults three kids (8 to 12 y/o) for 6 nights, it suited our needs just fine. It is a nice new Townhouse, quality construction materials, luxury feel and tastefully decorated, nice kitchen and beds, cozy gas fireplace. Not much trace of the Owners living there, but enough supplies (trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc.) to get us through the stay. Master Bedroom very nice. Bunks for the kids. It is an end unit that faces a small open area...great for the kids to play in the snow and make a snowman while we watched from the warmth at the kitchen table. Nice views. Close to the main road but not too close, no real road noise. No amenities are walkable, but the drive to all the ski areas (Woodward, Park City, Deer Valley) and downtown was 10-20 mins depending on traffic. Two car garage fit both cars easy. In summary, I would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks!
