This home is only 1 mile off the highway and only 8-10 minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort, Downtown Historic Main Street and the Kimball Junction area where you will find the Tanger Outlet Mall, Movies, Bowling, Dining, and Olympic Park.

This home offers a perfect combination between outdoor & indoor living, with a private hot tub on the balcony, with the very best views in Parks Edge. The lower patio has a private gas fire pit with outdoor seating to sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the mountains , walking trails, & wet lands.

Everything is NEW! This home was just completed Nov 2016. With all new furniture, this home is Beautifully Decorated with Upgraded Amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The Laundry room is set up with a High Efficiency Washer and Dryer. The bedrooms offer pillow top mattresses and luxury bedding with sleeping for 6 plus a pull out sofa with a queen mattress with bedding provided for additional sleeping to 2. Maximum occupancy is 8. The house was perfect. Host was incredibly responsive and available. The condo was only 15 minutes to the slopes and with 4 of us parking was free with a reservation. Everything about the house and our stay there was great! We would definitely stay there again.
