Took 25 minutes just to check in! The room was terrible. The dresser had all 4 drawers broken, 1 bath towel NO blankets on either bed, the inside of the refrigerator was missing completely. So I turned on the heater only to have it smell like burning hair. The hotel was rundown in need of repairs everywhere. Not even coffee in the morning. Also worst of all just as I started to doze off I heard voices and then another couple walked into my room. The front desk gave them a KEY to my room. I wouldn't even recommend this hotel to the homeless. The good thing was it was a one night stay ,oh and the room was dark.

Called to cancel reservation and was told that I could not. Even though the refund policy clearly states that partial refund would be given if canceled prior to 6pm on day of check in.
Hotels.com staff have continued to tell me that this policy is false, even though it’s attached to my booking confirmation.
Hotels.com staff continues to state that the hotel (stay well) refuses to issue refund as they held the room for us. Even though we told them we would not be using the room. That said. The cancellation policy is a hotels.com policy. And should be honored by hotels.com staff.
