The desk clerk, Melissa, was great, but there was a housekeeper that was loud, rude, and was in the hallway, complaining about how many rooms she had to clean, and how nasty white folks are (her words). The bed in our room was so hard that we barely slept, and the pool was closed

Large and numerous types of stains on the couch. Ratty warped carpet in hallways. No Tv station guide in room and using the remote channel listing only station number no identification of what network. Had to scroll manually. Took forever to navigate. Breakfast was sad. Lots of choices but the oatmeal was cold at 8:15am. Watered down OJ. Scone was poor. Staff interactions were good. Bathrooms okay but not one shelf in shower for personal toiletries. Had to put it all on the floor of the shower. This place needs remodeling. Overdue!! That couch was disgusting.
