Room was great, only issue was water was cold... couldn't even finish washing soap out of my hair in shower before water turned cold... Waited 3 hours before attempting to use the Jaquizy tub, the only reason we where there for the night.. same problem, water was cold before tub was halfway full!!! Staff was great and room was clean!!

The hotel is close to the Kellogg Arena. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast choices were good. I would stay here again. The pool is currently closed, but being worked on so check ahead if that's important to you.

We had to have our room switched due to water in room entrance. Second day we walked into a nest of ants on our room floor. Staff spook broken englisg, so couldn't understand simple request. Upon arrival we found both Hot Tub an Pool were out of order for the entire week. Very very disappointed.

When I called before making the reservation asking if pool and hot tub was open was told yes it was open and working to get there and it was closed and supposedly been waiting on a part same thing that happened last year at the same time

I paid for two queen bed and I got 1 full and 1 queen. They didn't seem to care that I paid for 2 queens and had a party of 4 staying in the room. The breakfast was TERRIBLE! The bread was hard before you even had a chance to toast it. The sausages were hard as a rock and the eggs taste terrible. Wasn't many options. Wouldn't even eat the food. The pool was closed without a warning ahead of time. Do not recommend

I upgraded to the hotel tub room when I got to the hotel. They were very accommodating. The lady at the desk was VERY friendly and super sweet! The room was okay.. I was not able to use the hot tub because it was really late when we got back to the hotel from the casino (the reason for our trip) and I went to get in the hot tub, I started to fill it up and there was this greenish/brown film on top of the water. I felt the bottom on the tub and it was very slimy and slippery. I just couldn’t get it in. I told the lady in the am when checking out and she gave me my money back for the upgrade which i thought was nice. I would definitely stay here again! Very accommodating and very nice! The customer service was exceptional!
