We loved the location to the beach. only thing is they need to invest in new kitchen and bath equipment. All the kitchen glasses and plates smelled like my grandmas house. And the bath towels need to be replaced. We did bring our own and left them there for the next guests due to space in our bags going home.

Our family loved this property. Right on a great beach for boogie boarding or relaxing on the sand. Not so much if you are looking to relax in the water - but there are other beaches nearby that are great for that - and about 45 minutes north is a gorgeous huge beach (Hapuna). The condo is a bit dated but still has everything you need, was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. The balcony has a great view of the beach. Includes boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, access to the private pool, and private parking. Expect to go up a couple flights of stairs to get to it. There is an elevator but even that requires a few stairs. Highly recommended!

The beach is very accessible from the property. Less than a 2 minute walk! Great vibes, and great people. The place was very clean and we got a great view of the beach from our balcony :)
