Owner hosted - This comfty lower level unit has all what you need for a great vacation. The unit is walking distance to Magic Sands and Kahalu'u beach park. The unit is located a 1/2 block off of Ali'i Drive. The unit is about 550 sq/ft and it has a nice size lanai . It has a Cal King bed with a bath. It includes AC and TV. A kitchen with the basics and it’s own bbq grill right out the door to cook a great meal. A dining table and a living room with a pull out bed and TV.
There are some beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler.

Quiet, private, everything we needed. When toilet started running, host was prompt in calling handyman. Only critique is strobe effect of ceiling fan on kitchen light and dark corner by kitchen table—would be nice to have a floor lamp there. Appreciated beach chairs, toys, towels.

We used this gorgeous home as a home base as we traveled around the whole island, but honestly, we could have just stayed comfortably there without going far. The host is awesome and so helpful! The home is very well thought out with many amenities to help make it a home away from home. It's so close to the beach!I noticed other reviews mention the air conditioner units are loud. They might be a little bit, but honestly were not necessary at night so long as the ceiling fans were on.All in all, we would stay there again when we return to Hawaii next.

Loved that it had a well appointed large kitchen. Saved us a ton on eating out! Nice neighborhood within walking distance of two good beaches. Host was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

Our stay was perfect. We were close to everything we needed. Rosalba checked on us and made sure we had everything. The house was beautiful. It was nice being in a neighborhood. There were so many plants and birds. The birds would sing every morning and evening. It is a really special place. We would love to stay there again.

First time to Hawaii!!

Easy check in. Decent price. Very close to magic sands beach which is amazing and very close. Definitely recommend a car as some things are to far to walk. Loved that it has a washing machine and dryer.
