This is a very nice single bedroom townhome with partial views of the ocean perfect for a couple. It is centrally located for easy walking to Keahou Bay and the Keahou Mall. Is important to be aware that the bathroom does not have a door on it so bringing other guests may be a challenge. The central pool is nice and easy walking distance from the condo.

The condo was great. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen so we made many meals there and ate on the lanai. Enjoyed having the sliding doors open to get a nice breeze in. Would definitely recommend, and would stay there again when we return to the island.

Very neat and tidy place full of good amenities. They had a decent spice cabinet and all the basic kitchen items I needed to cook from the condo. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and very close to a grocery store. Very easy to communicate with property management when needed. Would stay again.

Beware of next door neighbor

on one side is a full time resident whom listens to conversations both inside and outside the condo and tells you what you can say or not say. She also yells around the privacy wall while inside of the condo and did this on three occasions while we were cooking in our kitchen. When we were there (not often as we were site seeing), we respected and followed the quiet hours at all times, however it got so bad we had to wisper in order to keep her from bothering us.

Relaxing at Kona

The location was great. Walking distance to harbor and many morning walks. There was a shopping center nearby so that was convenient. The Sunset Kai lanai was close by and a great place to have happy hour or dinner. The unit was clean and had towels umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The view from the lanai was amazing. It was a great vacation
