We had a very pleasant stay in Kona. The apartment was comfortable, well located and a convenient base for exploring the west coast of the Big Island. We especially appreciated the location and the ease of parking. We experienced a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, particularly with the living-room blinds and the bathroom sink drain. However, communication with the management team was good and they were responsive when we reported the problems. Overall, a good experience and a practical choice for a family stay in Kona.
