Aloha! Welcome to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club #9-305

This spectacular top floor, beautifully decorated, highly desirable corner unit has an impressive 1,188 interior square feet, plus a covered wrap around lanai with ocean views. Unit features two bedrooms & two newly remodeled bathrooms, modern Daikin air conditioning, and in unit washer/dryer. Accommodations allow six people to sleep comfortably in the master king-sized bed (with full en suite bathroom), two full size beds in the second bedroom (with adjacent newly remodeled bathroom), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has free 500 Mbs high-speed internet and the living room and bedrooms feature modern flat screen TVs ​with cable. Additionally, the unit offers the use of boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, tennis rackets, pickle ball racquets.badminton racquets, snorkel gear, inflatable rafts, and a cooler. Property was just upgraded to include LVP flooring throughout the condo.

Property amenities include three lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, newly remodeled pool, ping pong, volley ball, and soft drink machines. Property ​is adjacent to the Kona Country Club Golf Course. And if you are looking for more, one of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago.

As you walk to the other side of the complex, you will find a black sand beach directly adjacent to the property! A five-minute walk gets you to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling or surfing; and a short drive finds you at Magic Sands Beach for playing in the sand and waves. KTA supermarket is right up the road from us, also close enough to walk if you choose. Keauhou Shopping Center is close by and boasts a theater, Longs Drugs, several restaurants, other shops, and a Post Office.

THINGS TO KNOW: This condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available. This is a non-smoking condo.

We have a keyless entry system using a digital access code. You won’t have to worry about losing or forgetting your keys. This also makes it easier for check in and check out.

We have a new modern Daikin Split AC system which will effectively cool the entire condo during hot days. This includes 4 separate AC units in both bedrooms and the living room.

We have been staying at KKSRC for the past 30 years and this condo did not disappoint. The condo has been updated with new bathrooms and flooring since the photos were taken. This was an excellent upgrade. We totally enjoyed our 6 weeks in this condo and would love to stay here in the future. KKSRC is an excellent complex.

We spend Thanksgiving break at this place. It was wonderful. It looked exactly like the pictures and we loved how modern and clean this place was. Well furnished and maintained. It’s close to everything. The amenity of the property was great. We got to play pickle ball with the paddles provided by the owner. We even watched sunset from the property. We truly loved this place.

Excellent communication with owner. Excellent amenities-beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, beach shoes, kids sand toys etc The only negative is the mattress on both beds in the 2nd bedroom need replaced. There is an egg crate to mask both beds worn mattresses. When you are away and on vacation, the 2 most important factors are cleanliness and comfort of the beds, (linens, pillows, mattress). The owner really needs to replace the mattresses in this VRBO.

The condo was perfect. A/C and ceiling fans in each room, beautiful view, washer & dryer, parking was pretty close. Other than no elevator, the property is perfect (and honestly, the stairs were only an inconvenience carrying our luggage up the first day). The property and condo were pristine. The entire condo was stocked with everything we needed, as a lot of items were left behind by others, which was fabulous! I would definitely stay here again. I have nothing but good reviews for this condo. It was clean, and comfy. Beds were very comfortable. The view was great! Every morning we enjoyed our coffee outside watching the sunrise. We did notice the master bathroom shower was not upgraded like the other bathrooms shower but it was still clean and taken care of. Being in Hawaii, you are not inside much but I still looked forward to the comfort of this place at the end of the day!

We plan to stay again! Fantastic communication, pictures are accurate and the sunsets are better than you can imagine! Conveniently located, while also being in a private gated community. The pool is fantastic for little ones and the pickleball courts are SO FUN!

Amazing Experience at the KKSRC

The property is situated in a great location—perfect if you are planning on experiencing the manta ray snorkling/dive excursion and/or golf at the Kona Country Club. It was clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the view of the ocean from the pool and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful but needs a few changes.

This is a wonderful condo spacious and well equipped. It just needs some updating. The deck is huge but the rocker chair needs replacement as well as the pillows. Perhaps 2 rocker chairs to go with the love seat to create seating for 4. The carpet throughout is getting old and not in line with tropical decore. Beds far too soft for us. Perhaps better mattresses needed. Loved the resort amenities. Dennis gets 10 out of 10 as a conscientious host. We know he will deal with these issues. Rod and Betty

Not as updated as other units in this building we had stayed in previously, and this unit was much higher priced also, so we expected more, not less. Too much owners items in bedroom closets left no room to hang clothes. Kitchen not well equipped to include no ice maker. More lighting needed in kitchen & dining areas.

Home Away From Home

We felt SO at home in this beautiful, clean, well stocked & comfortable home. I own a cleaning company so it’s hard to impress me normally. We were all impressed and felt this home lacked nothing. We all wished we had chosen this home for our entire stay instead of starting at a different location. We felt like we were staying with family. There were so many beach toys that were a great asset including beach chairs!We definitely hope to come again.
