Clean room, lovely clean sheets & comfortable bed. Room comes equipped with kitchenware, cutlery, & dish towels. Nice tv in the room with lots of viewing options. The Camp Staff are all wonderful!! Very friendly & accommodating.

Enjoyed staying here and will be back. Stayed in the standard cabin with no bathroom. Room clean etc although we had a random cockroach in the room which could have come from anywhere. Staff really lovely and friendly. My son had fun on the pedal karts and the bouncer. Pool great and warm enough to swim in. Bathrooms clean and tidy. A few minutes walk to town and beach. Will def come and stay again.

The cabin was absolutely perfect, and well maintained, the location was really good and the area walkable. The only minor issue was that the cabin was near the main road and the large trucks driving past would actually shake the cabin all day and night.

We had to cancel our booking due to the bad weather not allowing us to take part in The Whale Watch. And now we can't get a refund??? This is not a good look and we will not be recommending Expedia to our family and friends. We paid Expedia for the one night stay at Kaikoura Top 10 so why can't Expedia, a huge International Company refund us?? We had added an insurance payment to cover us in such situations as bad weather cancellation. What is the problem??

The site and staff are excellent. My only reason for not giving a 5 star on the area is that my room/cabin was very close to the main road I being a very light sleeper my nights were disturbed. If you don’t have a problem with noise at night then I don’t think you would have a problem. I would stay again but probably try to stay further away from the boundary.
