All was great but the most important part and the reason we booked this hotel was the prior/onsen. When we checked in and stayed for 3 days the facility was closed and hopping they would compensate us by sending us to a local onsen on their expenses. They should have a back up plan if these unforeseen events occur. I gave them 3 stars over all.

Le Rooftop était fermé et les bains étaient également fermés. Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel pour ces 2 services qui n’étaient malheureusement pas disponible. Une insonorisation, nous entendions les tv des chambres voisines ainsi que les passages. Autrement tout était top, localisation, chambres et parties communes.

ウェルカムドリンクが楽しみだったが、フロント前にある為、チェックイン渋滞で飲めず…。13階へも行ったが、ドリンクボトルが詰まっているのか、飲めず断念。スタッフの方が居ないので、時々確認されると良いかも。お茶パックが置かれていたのは、幸いでした。大浴場は、キレイでルームキーや女性は暗証番号が必要な点がセキュリティーがしっかりされてて、ゆっくり出来て良かった。次に伺う時は、時間をずらしてチャレンジしたい！

部屋の広さは23㎡ということだったので、「モデレートツイン」という部屋に宿泊したが、部屋のレイアウトとベッドの大きさのせいで、超圧迫された滞在だった。壁とベットとの隙間が狭く、壁に沿って横になって入らないと、枕元まで行けない。 朝食会場は、建物最上階(13階)にあって、眺望が良い(桜島が望める)。 立地も、比較的繁華街(天文館)に近く、便利。
