The breakfast is good. Washing machine is a plus point. The room is spacious. Take a while to locate the hotel from the train station otherwise, it is nice hotel among neighbourhood areas.

Modern new hotel in Kagoshima city centre. 5 mins walk to supermarket and train station. There are 2 paid parking lot right next to it. Washing machine and microwave facilities in the room is a plus.

Great hotel. Fantastic location close to the train station. We had a room on 11th floor with a beautiful view overlooking the city. Travelled with a family of four with two teenagers. Our room had two queen size beds and two single mattresses. Very comfortable. Loved everything about this little hotel. Nice breakfast as well.

It's new hotel and has spacious room. There are washing machine, microwave & cooker provided. Things to be improved: 1) the breakfast area can be extended (if possible). 2) google map or GPS didn't show the hotel. 3) it's located in a small lane and difficult to find it.

エグゼクティブバンクルームに宿泊しました。 それぞれのスペースが確保できるベッドの配置で部屋が使いやすくてとても気に入りました。 立地やデザイン、朝食のサービスや内容も満足です。 問題があったのは、珍しく寒い日が続いていたので暖房をつけると、久しぶりに使ったのか物凄く臭かったことです。 すぐに使いたかったため自分たちでエアコンのフィルターを掃除しました。もちろん清潔な状態ではなかったです。。 臭いは掃除で改善しましたが、到着してはじめにエアコンの清掃が必要だったのには驚きました。 それ以外の部分にはほとんど満足しています。 事前の連絡や質問にも丁寧に対応して頂けて、助かりました。 また泊まりたいと思っています。
