Beautiful hotel, wonderful view from the room, right in front of the tram stop into town. Free shuttle service from/to the train station. Staff were professional and friendly. The onsen was clean and I was able to use it despite having tattoos. It did become very busy after a while which ruined it a bit, but I was leaving by then do grateful it was quite when I'd gone in.
Only odd thing was we didn't get any extra bedding even though we'd booked a room with sofa bed and were 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). We called reception and they did bring an extra pillow and blanket, but no sheet.
But everything else was perfect and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
