Staff is great, bartender is excellent. Rooms very nice and spacious. Breakfast is good. Only issue is that the valet parking is done with an outside vendor. Very complicated to get your vehicle as you have to sign up in their website, which requires you to share your credit card information with someone you have no idea who it is or how they might use it. Plus, it's $55 per night. Hotel staff graciously handled my complaint and fetched my car, but it clearly is a customer service issue that senior management should handle. I'm guessing I'm not the first person to complain.

Wonderful food. Cooked to order. Fruit bowls were fresh and delicious. Waitress was amazing. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend to others. The only slight inconvenience was waiting for the parking attendants to bring our car. Parking is valet only and a bit costly.

I had two issues with my stay. First, there were two bottles of body wash and one bottle of conditioner in the shower--no shampoo. I had to wash my hair with body wash, which didn't leave me with the best look on my business trip. The bed was also a bit hard. Otherwise, I think the hotel was attractive, the people working at the hotel were great, and the location was excellent.

Room was very clean and spacious. Nicely furnished with chairs, couches, desk. Bed very comfortable. James at the front desk was very hospitable and helpful with information. Location was good with restaurants, bars, and entertainment well within walking distance. A really nice experience. Will definitely stay here again.

did not eat at hotel. the bathroom was very funky, there's a step up to shower, which seems very dangerous. the towels were on shelf over toilet, which is around corner from shower stall. There should be a towel rack in shower stall, there's lot of room.

We stayed in the Spa suite and was told when we checked in that the breaker may trip and we could just call to have it fixed. It tripped 3 times while we were there for 1 night. This is a known issue at a place like the Ashton, it should be fixed, not expect your guest to have to call the front office to get the breaker tripped, I felt like I was at the Holiday Inn. We have stayed here before and love the hotel, but this was a disappointing stay.
