We stopped for a night on a long drive. This was a very nice property for the price! Comfortable beds, nice interior in the lobby/breakfast area and very clean. Some of the fixtures were a little old in the room but it was very clean and perfect for one night. They also accommodated our cat which was appreciated.

The greeting and reception were pleasant and promising. Sadly we were greeted by cockroaches, mold in the bathroom, stapled wall paper and bed linens that looked like they had been reused. I wouldn’t normally post a review like this however I think it’s important that when businesses are charging even budget prices that you can expect a certain standard. That said the front staff were very pleasant and accommodating our request for a refund.

Lobby & breakfast was fine! Men’s restroom off lobby was a mess. Woman’s was fine. Our room was so poorly maintained. Not a cleanliness issue. Much more of a mold, rust, maintenance and renovation “much needed issue. Mold behind bathroom door and around light and electric receptacles. Wall paper torn off above tub. Tub streaked with rust stains. (Use iron out and magic erasers) Bed was comfortable and clean thank you! Couch, desk, tv, fridge, microwave, coffee all great, but for free wifi you want way, way too much information. Just allow wifi for crying out loud. Thank you.

The hotel was under renovation. The lobby was very nice. The breakfast was very good. We had a dog friendly room that had not yet been renovated (had carpet, a little peeling paint) but it was clean and comfortable. Nice pet walk area. Close to expressway.

The breakfast was fine. We're not big carb eaters, but scrambled eggs and sausage were available and tasty. They are currently under construction to update the rooms and property. Our room was clean, however, there was an outlet which didn't work and the phone itself had a defective cable between the handset and phone, which made it close to impossible to speak with the front desk regarding the issues we encountered. I would have been happier and given a better rating if we were assigned a room with functioning features.
