Poor room facilities

First of all, when I went to check in after 3pm, the front desk staff said that my room will not be ready until 5pm. I wanted to leave my big bag at room and went out for dinner with friends, so I didn’t plan to return before 10pm, which I had to re-check in by. Second of all, there was no electric hot water pot at my room. I’ve stayed several times at the same hotel in other units, but every time, there was an electric hot water pot, so I expected to make morning coffee with hot water. Third of all, WiFi at room was not available even though I input correct password. The error message showed that Modem Ethernet wasn’t connected to Internet. Front desk staff and service staff were friendly and nice though facilities at that room were very poor. I would like to see improvement next time I am going to stay.

Lousy facilities

I stayed here before but Ridiculous when Reception is not available at his desk all the time there were 3 people waiting for check in and he took 15 mins to come up from dunno where in the world. Fews months ago when I stayed the same guy told me to try searching for the TV channel telling me its working which I tried impossible, I tried again this stay msg him and what he replied rediculed me that TV is only used to watch Youtube. They hv an internet connection, TV setup box but no TV channel meaning to say property fail to pay for TV subscription?? Request for extra towel & pillow denied stating unavailable. No mineral water or standard packet 3 in 1 coffee tea available, no kettle, microwave & hot shower spoilt. Upon Check out being charge $100 for smoking. Which upon Check in was not highlighted to me & the other 2 guests whom check in together with me. They wrote a note on counter desk expecting guest to read on their own? No Option for smoking room so where r we supposed to smoke? Having to come all the way down just for Smoking?

Very bad.

In the end when we went there they said our booking was cancelled. Best part was my booking wasn't cancelled, I called hotels.com infront of them and asked and they said my booking hasn't been cancelled but in the location side they said was cancelled. And no room available. Waste of our time
