The hotel lobby, lift and bathroom had a humid, sewage smell. The moment we entered the room, we were hit with an overpowering air freshener smell that gave us a headache. Hotel room flooring was sticky and we resorted to wearing the paper thin slippers (there would be dust/hair stuck on your feet if you didn’t). Soundproofing is very bad - you can hear the people from other rooms, in the hallway and the parking lot behind the hotel. Bathroom water was not warm at all - it was cold. Towels had a smell. Hotel provided only towels and toothbrush, but there is water dispenser on our floor. Also, the road outside the hotel is not done and still undergoing construction. When you book taxis, it takes a long while because it’s very congested (RTS construction). You will hear construction very often cos the area is surrounded by construction sites. Lastly, I didn’t feel safe walking to the hotel area. I would be wary if I were alone.
