The heating system needs to be updated, very loud and always shut on and off. The chain lock needs to be updated with something more secure. The "breakfast" was bread, butter, coffee and juice. No cereal for the kids that came down. Hallway needs more lighting. The room was clean but the TV was tiny, maybe 24 inches. The staff at front desk was very nice. On a very busy street, so ask for a room not on that side.

There was no continental breakfast, staff on duty was asleep. Literally had to wake him up, then he puts out English muffins with his bare hands. Asked to speak with the manager, but was told that he didn't know when the manager would be in.
