Overall, the hotel was clean and quiet. I was frustrated by the check in because I had done the pre-check in on my phone including a photo of my license and entering my credit card number, but I had to do the same thing when I arrived. I was disappointed at breakfast (besides the mediocre food) that they had the TV volume up very loud in a small room, and it was on Fox News. There was no way to get away from it. It doesn't seem like a good business decision to choose a devisive program when so many local news options are available.

i dont understand why, but it was cheaper to book a room from the lobby using expedia than it was at the front desk. the hotel is clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding was very nice as was the bathroom linens. the lobby and breakfast area is clean. Food options were mostly carbs..crustables, bagged muffins, bagels and a waffle maker. coffee and juice was available 24hrs.

We liked our room. I am disabled and found the bed a little high but my husband helped me to get on it. I also have a high bed at home but have a small stool next to the bed to climb in.

Tried to check in, we were a bit early, it was around 1:15 pm. We were not even greeted with a "hello" or a "good afternoon". When we went to the front desk to check in, I said that we reserved online and we here to check in, the response was, "you're way too early, your room isn't ready" without even looking us up in the system. We left, and came back to the hotel to check in at around 2:30, the room still wasn't ready as they were just cleaning it. Overall, the place just seemed unorganized and poorly run.
