For starters, the holiday inn has charged me my deposit and not returned the amounts. I was there on 2 separate stays. 12/3-12/4 wed night and 12/8-12/11, a 3 night stay. They decided to keep $5 from me for each night I was there and all I did was sleep. Their refrigerators DO NOT get cold. I had allergy medication with me that needs to stay cold, and that was a no go on both stays. They let me check a third room, again no good. Warm refrigerators. Then when the AC / heater turned on, my allergies went through the roof to the point where I couldn’t breathe right to even sleep. I had to turn the AC / heater off, which made to room 55° most of the time. There must be a lot of dust or mold in the HVAC units. Not to mention the place is under renovation and there’s next to nothing to do in the hotel because everything is shut down. Pool is drained, workout room is closed down, but not one sign anywhere telling you this. Wouldn’t recommend. P.S. I want my money back that you chose to keep without stating what for. If I took something that would be considered theft, but you don’t return my deposit and that’s not theft?

Heat did not work well; it ran for about 30 min and then the a/c came on. We were up all night both nights cutting it on and off. We complained every day and nothing. The front desk clerk did come up the last night to try to help but she couldn't do anything. I left my number for a manager to call me for some type of resolution and nothing yet.

zero amenities were available as listed when I booked the room. construction was happening and the staff/management did nothing to try to make our stay a little better for the price we paid. It is the most expensive hotel in Johnstown and there was nothing to show for it. There was not even extra coffee pods to refil our in room coffee after our first night..... This was our second time stayng here and it will be our last.

Staff was certainly courteous. Room clean. However, the shower/sink water was light brown, then cleared up in a few minutes with each use. Perhaps due to the extensive maintenance/remodel work being done throughout the building. The room had, get this, not a single electrical outlet. The makeup/computer desk was right up against the heater/airconditioner blower outlet. Also, the toilet was apparently powered by a jet engine. We've never heard one so loud. Mildly overpriced for this level of accommodation.

Didn’t even stay. You guys can keep the money. The entire downtown is run down, random people all around, and smelled of weed. It was very dirty and felt dangerous. No way I was leaving my motorcycle out there to be stolen or vandalized. If the truth hurts, clean it up.
