With three separate buildings: the Main House, the Bunk House, and the Party Barn guests are sure to make many lasting memories.
A welcoming spacious front porch greets guests as they arrive at Stanton Valley. With stunning views, the porch is partially covered with plenty of patio furniture perfect for relaxing after a long day or quiet mornings spent enjoying a cup of coffee in the brisk countryside weather. An added bonus, on hot summer days, guests will find ceiling fans under the covered porch to make their stay more comfortable while enjoying picturesque views and a favorite cold beverage!
Upon entering the Main House, guests are greeted with a spacious open floor plan perfect for family meals and entertainment. With large windows offering plenty of natural light, enjoy the breathtaking views from the family room or kitchen. This kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas stove, full refrigerator, as well as an island that overlooks into the living room perfect for extra seating. Just off the kitchen, the dining room offers additional seating perfect for large family gatherings. Relax in the family space with cozy sofas and leather seating, the perfect space to watch a favorite sports team or movie.
The Main House offers two large bedrooms, each with private access to the front porch where guests can appreciate vast hill country views. Custom decorated, the master suite offers clean lines, a multitude of texture, as well as a calm color palette. Guests are sure to find this space relaxing. Sleep soundly in the king bed, or cozy up with a glass of wine in the overstuffed chair and admire the view! An attached bath makes it easy to tidy up for a night on the town. The roomy bath hosts a large walk in shower, with his and her vanities. Enjoy plenty of natural light and hill country views in the second bedroom. Sleep soundly on the queen bed with comfortable linens and pops of color. A second bath down the hall offers plenty of counter space and a shower/tub combo.
As you venture outside, follow the winding pathway leading to one of the outdoor entertainment areas. This space offers a pool, a propane grill, dining table, with plenty of chairs perfect for dining a la carte'. For those who love dessert, unwind for a refreshing dip in the pool! Guests will find the pool is perfectly placed to admire Texas sunsets or stargazing under the big open sky! Follow the pathway towards the Bunk House, you will be greeted with a fire pit perfect for late night roasting marshmallows.
Teens and kids will have their own hide out at the Bunkhouse! This space offers three bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds with vibrant linens and a sliding barn door for privacy! The second and third bedroom host queen beds with hill country views. Freshen up in the roomy bath with double sinks and walk in shower. This space sleeps 8 making it perfect for those who have larger parties.
Let the Games begin! The blue Party Barn is located next door to the Bunk House making for a perfect hangout! Not only will the teens love this space but so will the adults. With plenty of space to entertain, the Game Barn offers a pool table, stove top, bar area, and lots of comfy seating, as well as a furnace to heat the room on chilly days.

Only blocks away is the downtown square, home to fabulous restaurants, shops, tasting rooms and live music venues. Pedernales State Park is only 20 minutes away and offers hike-and bike trails, tubing, fishing, and swimming, plenty of outdoor fun for everyone. Visit Lyndon B. Johnson’s boyhood Home, just one block away or visit the LBJ Ranch home of President Johnson, also called “The Texas White House”; this beautiful ranch offers guided or self tours and much more.
