Aside from the check-in staff, the on site staff are non-existent and have no interest in not experience in customer service. Rooms are poorly maintained and poorly serviced. Far too many places better than this to even consider this an option for accommodation.

Located in the commercial district-5-10 minute walk from Nelson Mandela Square-where you will find a variety of restaurant and shopping options. There is also a lovely stage-theatre-I was able to catch a lovely performance. My room was great-the staff really cared. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.
