Wrong time of year?

It might be the time of the year but the hotel was quite desolate and the restaurant was closed although they did serve breakfast. The reception and housekeeping were excellent!

The room and bed did not much what I reserved, staff expected unreasonable tip, so much so one housekeeper took 50 RD just for showing me my room. Sheets were not changed, room and deck were not cleaned in a regular bases. Moreover, they charged my credit card for a lunch that I already paid for in cash.
