Very comfortable room. Staff was amazing and helpful, with all our requests being met. Both restaurants (breakfast and lunch/dinner) had amazing food and excellent service. Valet parking was an added convenience. Will certainly be my “go to” hotel in Johannesburg.

Bad check out time

The hotel is very nice. However, the staff is very inflexible. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM. I asked for a later check-out. They very rudely referred me to the regulations. They didn't give me a single extra minute.
