Just about ok. Not great

Wifi does not work. Service is oK. Mini bar is very poorly stocked - with the worst tea/ creamer/ sugar quality. Food is also very average. Staff is not very responsive. Wifi hardly worked.

Hotel staff was slow at response at first but during the stay, everyone was friendly and nice. The apartment we had was enormous and spacious as if like its at home. Breakfast choices is limited and standard. Could have expected more varieties.

Comfortable and pleasant

Great and relaxing family time (4 nights) in this comfortable hotel in a nice appartment with 3 bedrooms. Very smiling and service oriented staff, qualitative service, nice and large swimming pool, excellent breakfast from 6:30 à 11:00am, comfortable and clean rooms, testy food, quiet and green environment, not far from the airport (30mn out of rush hours) which is an advantage given the high traffic jam on the island. Not located in downtown or near by the beach - it takes about 6-8 mn - but the hotel provides an efficient free shuttle service every hour (7-8 seats) with a flexible and accommodating driver. To note: a little number of clients during our stay (given cancellations du to the volcano status) net no rush and heavy traffic during the breakfast and around the swimming pool. However, the hotel is huge with plenty of rooms. During the high seasons, it's probably more busy, more noisy. Overall I recommend this hotel, very good value for money.

Value for money, family hotel in Jimbaran

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Apartemen 3 kamarnya sangat luas dng kmr mandi dalam di setiap kamar. Dapur yg dilengkapi kulkas, kompor listrik, oven, microwave dan dispenser air. Berada di lingkungan yg tenang. Cocok utk keluarga dan rombongan yg tidak suka suasana ramai. Kekurangannya hotel ini terlihat kurang terawat, out of date, sayang sekali krn hotelnya cukup besar. Overall apartment butuh perbaikan dan pembaruan utk perlengkapan dan perabotannya. Peralatan dapurnya hanya ada panci tanpa tutup, tdk ada wajan atau pan utk menggoreng. Sodet dan sendok sayur juga tdk bisa dipakai. Roller blind kmr mandi perlu perbaikan. Kebersihan agak kurang, keseluruhan apartment terasa berdebu mkn krn lama tdk dihuni, dampak pandemi. Overall hotel ini value for money, saya dan keluarga cukup puas dng apartemen yg sangat luas utk kumpul keluarga.

いいホテルですが中国人で満杯です

新しくきれいなホテルです。スイートルームだったので一般とは別棟でとても静かでした。 通常の部屋は中国人団体がたくさんいて騒がしく日本人には向きません。
