Relax, unwind and have fun! Our 2 story home has 4 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep10 people. 2 inside living areas give everyone room to spread out and the upper and lower decks totaling 1300 sq. ft. of outside living space offer both sun and shade with spectacular views of the lake from a protected cove.

Enjoy lake living with access to a private dock with a slide, kayaks, floating loungers, fishing gear, one covered boat slip and room to tie up a second boat and a dock house so you can fish no matter the weather!

After a day on the water, feel free to enjoy a nap or a good book in the swinging hammock while taking in the beautiful view that Grand Lake offers. Evenings can be spent cooking on the large outdoor grill and lounging around the gas fire pit all the while enjoying the wonderful Grand Lake sunset!

All decked out

It was a great property once inside. The road is not one you want to bring a motorcycle down for sure. Had to rent a u haul trailer over 45 minutes away to get the bike out to get it home. Lots of stairs to get to the house and the downstairs stairs were very steep and caused an injury while there. Be very careful on those steep, thin, stairs. The walk to the lake was easy and very accommodating. Everything you need while in the house. Drive to get food and other needs is a small road trip. Enjoyed our time there but will not return due to the things that didn’t work for us. Very good communication, and they left s’mores for you to enjoy!!

House was great. Family enjoyed their stay. The hosts leave a book with details about the property and a set of items to make s’mores on the deck. It was a very nice touch! Definitely will rent again when family comes to town.

Lake paradise

While driving down a dirt road for some time the arrival was a great surprise. The little lake house was the perfect retreat. Child safety thouout the inside and decks was a nice surprise. Safe neighborhood of lake homes, quiet, and nice. Good fishing right off dock. Beds comfortable and a great kitchen for a family meal prep. We enjoyed our stay

Great location, quiet cove. All decked out is perfect for us. Upper and lower decks provide the ideal places to relax and have conversation. Inside is cozy and has everything you need. Dock is great and easy to navigate. Owner is very responsive.

The best time!

We had the best time during our stay at All Decked out. Everything was beautiful and relaxing. We took the advice of other eeviews and dropped our boat at Lakemont Marnia before, and that worked out great. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the views and water. There is so much wildlife around, we enjoyed seeing all the birds, deer and even foxes. This place is wonderful!

Absolutely outstanding rental. It had everything we needed and wanted. Extremely clean, well maintained and well thought out cabin. Amazing outdoor deck space. As close as I can imagine to private dock providing the perfect swimming area (kids loved the slide and believe everyone went on a ride in a kayak). Plenty of extra life jackets and other equipment in the rental, i still find it hard to believe how great this rental was for our family. The hosts and cleaning crew do a great job (thank you). We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Little piece of paradise

We all loved staying at All Decked Out! It accommodated our family of 6 adults and 4 children perfectly! Beds were super comfy! The property was very well appointed both inside and out! Roads are really rough and steep, make sure you unload boat before you get to property, if you are bringing one down! Cove is very quiet and cozy! The children loved the slide!

Great place with great views and wildlife.

Saw plenty of wildlife like foxes, deer, and even a tarantula which was cool. The tarantula was on the road not by the house just for an FYI. Really nice views of the lake and very clean property. The only thing that could have been better was that the roads were rock and very long but that was expected since it’s in the description of the property. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone. It was very nice.

Relaxing Get Away

This home was perfect for our family of 5. The water slide and Lilly pad provided hours of entertainment for our kids and the two living spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out in the AC and relax. We rented a boat from H2O Sports Rentals in Grove (30 minutes away) and got to see the busy Labor Day weekend lake. This home sits in a quiet, calm cove that gave us the refuge we needed from the main lake. Check in was easy and the welcome s’mores kit was the cherry on top! Thanks for sharing your home!

Lake house review

Found property with little difficulty. Road is gravel and had to go slow but able to make it in with Avalon. Beds were all full size, have not slept on that size for many years. We are tall people with my son 6’7, not wide, but little difficulty with that. Kitchen well equipped and convenient, would have done better to clean up after ourselves if broom available. Did need to run a load of laundry, only 2 washing soap pods. Ran out of toilet paper the last day and did have to contact owner, neighbor dropped off some that day. Liked the decks and being so close to the lake. Had boat slip so able to leave boat in the whole time. Enjoyed use of the lily pad and kayak’s along with fishing dock.

Fun times - again

Repeat customer here. Great view from the house patio to watch kids play on the dock. The kayaks were a nice new added pleasantry. Gotta love the S’mores welcome package. Lots of great family memories were made and an overall great value. Nice neighborhood cove protected from big waves.
