Villa Limon is situated on a quiet cul de sac, positioned in a peaceful and tropical oasis. This classically Spanish villa with private pool is hidden away in quiet tranquility, yet closely located to the bustling and popular Arenal, only 2kms away. The Arenal features a cornucopia of bars, restaurants and shops, all surrounding a large beach with powder white sands and a clear blue sea.
Villa Limon offers five large bedrooms, three of the bedrooms located on the first floor, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms are located on the ground level. Upon entering the villa, a fully-equipped kitchen is found to the left, with open plan to the dining area which overlooks the large sunken living room. Four steps takes you down to the comfortable area, with built in fireplace, flat screen tv and Mediterranean sea views from the corner window. The light-filled breakfast room within the naya offers both sea and pool views.
The master bedroom with en suite features a grand sweeping staircase which takes you up to its own private roof terrace to capture the sunset in the evenings as well as Mediterranean views.
A second bedroom offers twin beds and views over the pool and gardens.
The third bedroom offers a superking bed with garden views.
There is a shared bathroom with tub/shower for the two bedrooms to use.
All rooms are equipped with air con units, for those hot and balmy summer nights. Large wardrobes offer plenty of space for your personal items.
Outside, there is a large terrace featuring built in barbecue and a table with chairs for everyone.
The ground level offers a separate annex, for those that want to get away from it all. With a two single beds and a double bed, separated by a privacy curtain, the lower level features a bathroom with shower, it makes a perfect family retreat.
The 5 x 8 pool is sure to make your vacation ideal. Lounge chairs are provided to relax in comfort and soak up the serenity of the home. A tropical garden featuring palms, lemon, orange and grapefruit trees offer glory to the landscaping.
