This beautiful and bright two-storey apartment is conveniently situated 15 minutes walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the Arenal beach and Jávea Port, which means that all the best boutiques, restaurants and beach bars in Jávea are just a hop, skip and a short walk or drive away.
An oasis of sun-bathed gardens and a sparkling communal pool with a children's pool on one side are the centre of the Isleta Marina complex. Inside the apartment, the open-plan living-dining room leads to a sunny balcony with views of the gardens. On the same floor are the kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with a practical shower.
The third bedroom is accessed via an interior staircase. Its large central bed and double-height ceiling give the space a sense of height, while the en-suite shower room and the small but perfectly formed built-in wardrobe make you feel as if you have just entered your own boutique hotel suite. Advice JH: Isleta Marina is located in the same complex as Isleta Marina Oasis and just 100 metres from Flor de Mar. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
