Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: fitness room, lift. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 1 km, shingle beach "Platja Cala Blanca" 450 m, rocky beach "Platja Segon Muntanyar" 50 m, swimming bay 200 m. Surf school 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
