Welcome to Casa Lynn, a beautiful Spanish-style villa in Javea for up to 8 guests. The villa is surrounded by a sunny tropical garden with terraces and a private swimming pool. Located in the neighborhood El Rafalet, it's just a 5-minute drive to the historic center of Javea and 10 minutes to the sandy beaches of the Javea Port and Arenal. Here you’ll find lots of bars, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
The villa is spread across two floors and ideal for families. The top floor features a renovated and semi-open fully fitted kitchen. There’s a living room with panoramic views, a Smart TV, airconditioning and dining room also with amazing view.
The two bedrooms on this level are both equipped with airconditioning and wardrobe space. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There’s a separate modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The covered naya on this level offers stunning sunset views, creating an amazing dining experience.
Downstairs, there’s an independent living space. There’s a modern open kitchen that is fully equipped, a living room with sofa, TV, airconditioning and dining table. There are two bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds, airconditioning and wardrobe space. Finally, there’s a bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet.
