Nice apartment in a closed residence with elevator, and private parking, 8 minutes walk from the Arenal beach, and 4 minutes from the rocks and coves (white cove). Completely renovated and with all amenities. Very bright, with large terrace, kitchen and living room. Bathroom with Italian shower, air conditioning, door provided, park views It also has WIFI throughout the apartment In July and August I only rent for weeks

Perfect apartment in beautiful Xàbia.
Host were very nice - met me at outskirts of town as concerned I would hav trouble driving to location due to construction in area. Timely communications in either French or Spanish. Apartment is perfectly located in beautiful town. Short walk to supermarket or beach area; 10 minute drive to playa la Granadella (a must visit). Apartment very clean comfortably furnished with amazingly huge pool for use. Overall an excellent stay. Thanks

Great apartment, great location
Firstly, our flight was delayed, but the owner waited to meet us, which ended up being 4am the next morning! We were so very grateful after a long journey! The apartment is great, clean and tidy with all amenities listed. It has a large balcony area which stretches across the width of the property and overlooks the huge swimming pool. The pool has a life guard and you can swim between 10.30 - 15.00 and 17.00 - 20.30. The popular Arenal area at the beach is just 15 mins walk away, maybe a little longer in the heat. We had a great weeks' stay here in August and the apartment block wasn't too busy or noisy since its mainly Spanish owned.

Fin de semana en Javea para bucear.
Viajamos el pasado fin de semana (del 6 al 8 de Octubre) para realizar las inmersiones correspondientes al curso de buceo de uno de mis hijos; nos acompañaba uno de sus amigos.
El apartamento ha sido lo que buscábamos: una excelente "base de operaciones". Para las cuatro personas ha sido cómodo y acogedor, muy luminoso, bien dotado para la vida diaria y tranquilo para el descanso. Abél, su propietario, se ha mostrado como un excelente y discreto anfitrión.
Javea y sus alrededores nos han sorprendido gratamente, particularmente los paisajes de la costa, desde el cabo de San Antonio hasta el cabo de la Nao, y el parque del Montgó. Es una localidad que permite una buena diversidad de actividades y posee buenas infraestructuras para realizarlas.
Además tiene una buena y variada oferta gastronómica a precios que nos han parecido razonables en general. (Aconsejable preguntar a la gente de la localidad). ¡¡Nosotros tardaremos algún tiempo en olvidar las paellas de La Creueta!!
Un buen fin de semana, a pesar del "diluvio" que nos cayó el sábado 7 por la mañana; la verdad es que no nos importaría repetir en este apartamento.
