This family-friendly house is located just off the main channel in a quiet, sheltered cove providing an excellent swimming area without boat traffic and beautiful views of the lake. The home is located just off Rock Creek, halfway between Duskin Point Marina and Duncan Bridge Marina and is also across from Dismal Creek which is a great location for tubing, waterskiing, wake-surfing, and wakeboarding. You’ll have less than 25 gradual steps to the dock where you’ll find a large swim deck with a table and chairs, chairs and lounge chairs for relaxing, a lily pad, kayaks, paddleboards, and Bluetooth speakers.

When you want a break from the water, there are two living areas and two full kitchens, ping pong table, basketball hoop, and plenty of outdoor space and yard to enjoy plus parking for vehicles and a trailer. The house is located on a quiet paved street with a 10-minute drive to the grocery store and 20-minute drive to the city of Jasper, Alabama with a historic downtown including cute shops and a variety of restaurants.

There is one boat slip available for guest's use and plenty of space on the dock to tie up your boat plus power, mini-refrigerator, and Dock LifeGuard. Gas grill and gas fire table on upper deck; Indoor fireplaces are not for use.

There are two detached garages on the property, they are not available for guest's use.

Security cameras on the property: One is on the lower garage and points toward the driveway. The other is on the house deck and points toward the dock. Also there is a security camera on the dock.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
