A Hidden Gem

Great location… lovely hotel attendant in the afternoon who has family in Las Vegas. Such a sweetheart Beds are too soft for me. Everything else is fabulous

We have stayed here a number of times. Although everything else was wonderful, our bed was HORRIBLE! Hard, lumpy, ugh—we were awake the entire night tossing and turning. Not sure if we just got a bad room or what. Everything else was great! Super friendly staff, great room for a nights stay and breakfast in the morning!

We stayed for a quick overnight trip after a concert at Alpine valley. The beds are hard and there was a very strange smell in the hallway like dill pickles. We found a used wash rag in the bathroom which makes me wonder how clean the room really is.

There were ants all over the room. In the bathroom, all over the counter. This is the second time we stayed there and now the last. I can tolerate a lot but ants aren’t one of them! Disgusting!!

The room I was in was very clean. The desk attendant helped me choose best places to eat, and the housekeeping staff kept my room equipped with necessities. The breakfast bar had a good variety of food that tasted very good. All were very friendly and courteous.

Mildew

The property was great, the bed was comfortable but the mildew smell was awful. As soon as the air conditioning would shut off, it would get humid and smelly. I might be a little angry because of the price of hotels in this region.
