Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Bedset was dirty when we checked in, but they changed it quickly when we pointed it out. The hotel was generally clean otherwise. The staff didn’t speak any English which made it very difficult to communicate with them, but they were generally friendly except for a couple of them who were very rude. Ranjit Singh at the reception was the only person who spoke English and we found his service to be really good. However the lack of English speaking staff made the hotel not suitable for international visitors. Our stay in Jaipur was in the middle of wedding season, which got rather loud and the rooms weren’t particularly sound proof. Expect to hear lots of loud music late into the night if you visit in winter.
