Hotel is beautiful and the suites are gorgeous and comfortable. Unfortunately if you are on the 3rd floor the restaurant is above you and you get constant very loud noise of chairs scraping on the floor and very loud drumming and music until 10 p.m. and again the early morning. Also, our reservation was for a room with 2 twin beds and we were given a room with one bed. We had to move rooms the next day which was inconvenient.

This is a lovely, quirky hotel which is bursting with character. Our room was impressive and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the rooftop restaurant on two evenings and on each the food was fresh and delicious. The live music added to the enjoyment of the evening.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel in Jaipur and a fabulous reasonably priced restaurant to boot on the top floor. Lovely staff members who make your stay even better . If there is a downside then it’s is the lack of sunloungers by the pool.

The building was beautiful and the restaurant food was fantastic. We had two problems: 1. The beautiful pool was only available from 8.00am to 8.00pm so could not be used by a busy tourist. 2. We booked king sized beds and were not given them. We were told there was no alternative on the first night. A king bed was available on the 2nd night. The reception staff when we arrived did not appear to understand the difference in bed sizes. They also said that we needed to make a "special request" if we wanted a particular sized bed as their booking information did not provide them such instructions! Apart from the initial reception staff, the rest of the staff were great.

Room was comfortable and clean with good air-conditioning. There were many lovely areas around the hotel to sit and relax. The pool was bijou and quiet but at times was busy with children but it was easy to find a quiet time if that's what you prefer. Breakfast had multiple options including freshly cooked omelettes and dosa so it should suit most people.

The courtyard is very nice, makes for good pics. The rooms are ok but the layout is not great. TV did not work, at least I couldn’t get it to work. WiFi was spotty, had to go to the front desk 2x due to resolve issues; WiFi limits number of devices to 2 maybe 3 which is annoying. Breakfast ok.

Beautiful hotel with lot of character! The palace is well maintained and lots of spaces to hang out. Staff are excellent and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet and dinner are great as well. Highly recommend.
