This place should be 5 star rated. Best stay for us in India. Everything was perfect. Food was marvelous and the rooms very well decorated, maintained and comfortable. There was filtered ( reverse osmosis) water available to every guests. The staff was up and running cleaning the building and the lawn. Evening had music and folk dancing. We had the privilege to meet the owner who took his time to talk about the history of the building and surrounding areas. One can never go wrong with this place. Parking was available while the front desk was staffed 24 hours.

Though the hotel is in the centre it is very quite and has a peaceful atmosphere. The food is excellent and very reasonable. The performances in the morning and and evening is very tastefully done. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Stayed here after our last visit about 23 years ago and still maintaining excellent standard.

Jaipur is a wonderful place to visit. We love Ariya Niwas but the surrounding area is not very interesting. The hotel is beautiful as a traditional building. This particular time, the staff did not seem as helpful or kind as in the past. Perhaps it was just a bad day. We'll still come back.

Overall average. Mould on ahower curtains and bathroom. Rooms have no soubd proofing so you gsve yo put up with hearing islamic prayers from everywhere 5 times a day. Annoying to say the least. Room service is fine. Food options very limited snd restaurant closes very early. Best to buy from Swiggy or Zamato. Hotel.seeme to cater to dopey hippie crowds.

The best comment I can make is that I have stayed many times at Arya Niwas, and will stay there next time I visit Jaipur. I have heard similar views from other guests. The rooms are fairly basic, but comfortable. The hotel is a calm oasis that is well managed, and very clean and safe. The restaurant is really good. The staff are well trained and professional. The small gift shop is the best place to buy gifts in the city, in my opinion … reasonable prices with clear price tags and no bargaining, which is so refreshing. Arya Niwas does not pretend to be a five-star luxury hotel, but is excellent value for money.
