We loved our stay at the home! The house is well appointed & equipped and the kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook. The yard was gorgeous and the perfect place to relax! The fenced in dog area was perfect for our dogs to relax and get in some sniffs in a new environment and decompress themselves. The hosts were fantastic—communication was easy & responses were always quick. Check in/check out was easy as well. We definitely plan to visit again!

This is a great place to experience Amelia Island. 3 bedrooms, 2 great bathrooms and a fantastic backyard with a fire pit and plenty of seating! Even lights with a remote control! Exactly as described and great communication with the hosts. Would absolutely recommend!

We really enjoyed this comfortable, cozy home. A very short drive to the beach and downtown made the location perfect. The fenced area for the dog, outdoor space and bonus room for those of us who work on vacation met the entire families needs!

The house was perfect! Very, charming, cozy, and clean. Easy entry and check out because everything was a expected per the check in/out information. Also, we all enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space in the evening by the fire pit. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again if returning to the area!

Family reunion

We needed a large enough space for my adult children and grandchildren to stay during the 4th of July weekend. The layout of the house worked perfectly. Fenced in yard was great for my son’s two dogs. The house had every thing we could need and the host was super available when we needed them.

Family time

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The home was spotless, the beds were comfy and the location of the house was perfect with toddlers. Bonus on the openness of allowing our dog to stay. Its a 10 minute ride to downtown fernandina or amelia island where we enjoyed dinners out. The hosts were easy to work with and even reached out to notify us that we had left some valuables, which we were able to retrieve. Thanks for the hospitality.
