1st Family trip

I was a little surprised when I got to the site and it was Motel style( where you enter your room the outside, park and walk up to your room). The room was ok. Clean but not what I was expecting. The only thing that saved it for me was they had a great pool and pool area. The staff was nice and friendly.

The room looked great except the tile in the shower had a lot of mildew. The exterior doors need to be painted, looks outdated, I was really nervous to the point of almost tears, but then I opened the door to a beautiful room completely redone that looked just like the pictures on the website. Of course, the inside is the most important part. I let management know about the mildew. I would definitely stay there again.

amazing hotel

our stay at Ocean Coast are never anything less than wonderful. the staff are always so nice and welcoming. the rooms are always so clean every single time. i’ve been staying at this hotel for years. this is our home away from home in fernandina.

The rooms were spacious. Staff was very nice. However, I was very disappointed when our invoice showed charges of $40 for parking. I don’t ever remember paying for parking. It should be free. Especially when we park ourselves in front of the room. I wasn’t happy about that at all.
