Beautiful townhome close to EVERYTHING! Fully updated from top to bottom, with lighting fast Wifi!

We are SO excited to make our little slice of paradise available for you to stay at!

You can't beat the 3 minute walk (some will take longer, depends on how fast you walk & how much stuff you are bringing with you) to the beach that this townhome offers. Our 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom floor townhome offers 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the very spacious living room has 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa with the comfiest gel mattress you will ever sleep on from a pullout. The living room also has a second full-size futon sleeper sofa with a very thick and comfy mattress, as well as an additional regular sized couch.

This unit is newly updated from top to bottom - just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new or updated and waiting for you to use it!

This townhome is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community.

Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use.

Forgot to bring common items like beach equipment, towels, etc? No problem! We have supplied everything we could think of that you may need. Please note that the variety of what is available is subject to change based on re-stocking, time of year, availability, etc.

Open the door and connect to the lightning fast WiFi, or stream the 125+ channels on our 65" TV in the living room, or the additional TVs located in each bedroom!

Bring your bicycles and you can park/lock them in the bike racks conveniently located right outside our building by the parking lot.

A checkout list will be emailed to you during your stay, and a copy can also be found in the unit - if you would like to review this list beforehand, just reach out and ask.

Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island has SO MUCH to offer, including mini golf, multiple 18-hole golf courses, historic areas to visit, more restaurants, bars, and shops than you will be able to visit in 1 trip, the cutest downtown you could ever imagine, and much, much more! Many of these amenities are within walking distance to our townhome, and all are no more than a short drive away.

The place was lovely, very clean, amazing location close to the beach - we really enjoyed the pickleball courts and pool that were available on-site. Greg was super easy to work with and showed us great hospitality. We would happily stay here again!

This place was great for our family of 4! It was a quick walk around the corner to a quiet public access point on the beach. Our kids loved the pool and the games and beach gear they had for guests’ use. In-unit laundry was super convenient. The hosts were super responsive and communicative. Would recommend!

The condo was very clean, nicely furnished, in a great part of the village. The owner, Greg is very quick to respond to any questions. The bedrooms upstairs feel so relaxing and windows are tree filled like a tree house. I would highly recommend this condo.

Greg was an excellent host! He responded to all communications within minutes, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. The property was within a few minutes walk to the beach. Other things we loved were searching for shark teeth at Fort Clinch State Park, shopping in the historic district and an easy day trip to St Augustine. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Fernandina Beach!

Great value for the area. This was a perfect space for our family of Five. Gregory is great with communication. The beach chairs and wagon helped a lot on the trips to the beach. We loved the location, right down the street from Dairy Queen, Sliders and the beach.

Great stay

We really enjoyed this stay, check in was easy and Greg was awesome with the whole process. The hosts were easy to contact via text for any issues and were always quick to reply. We loved that it was only a short walk to the beach, i feel like that the access via this community was more private which we loved. One morning we were pretty much the only family within a 300 yard range of the beach. We would definitely stay here again
