Old, and outdated. Sheets on the bed were damp. AC unit had a 50 foot extension cord on it (generally considered a fire hazard in a commercial property). Shower continuously leaked, so the staff tightened the value so hard, and had to use max strength to even turn the water on. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone

I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. Only thing we LIKED is the coffee. Was very good. DID NOT LIKE: - the floor in the rooms was very dusty. I don't think it gets moped at all. - very low lighting in the rooms. - minimal and outdated furniture...2 wooden very uncomfortable chairs and a small table. - had to call front desk 3 times in order to get an extra pillow wich was delivered 1 HOUR later. (Room 208) - my friend in the other room asked for a hair dryer, as there was none in her room (room 103)...never got it...!!!! - in the evening, the of us were sitting in the reception area, playing cards or having a drink. The ceiling fans were very fast, blasting wind on us. We asked several times of the possibility of lowering them, as it was cold, and we were the only people sitting there...so lowering them or turning them off, would not really bother anyone...front desk lady did not budge from her cell phone, and told us there is nothing she can do about it as turning off he fans would turn off the lights. That was a lie, as these fans were not on the evening before when we were there, but the lights were!...after a half hour of us freezing, and sneezing, I showed my disappointment and asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager....then another person from the front desk ( a young man with glasses) started turning off switches all around, and suddenly the fans stopped magically!!!!! Now why did we need to go thru all this.....

First room had a window unit AC which did not work, was moved to a different room in the main building which had good AC however the flooring was coming up and the room was smaller. Very little parking available. Stood at the front desk for quite a while to get coffee and no one ever came out to serve us.

Hotel is in a great location for walking to the square. Parking is limited though there is public parking about a block away. The room is pretty small for a long stay but fine for a night or 2. We had some trouble with loud construction noise right outside our room into the night and the hotel personnel worked to handle it appropriately even though the noise was not on their property so kudos to them for that!

I was charged over double the amount Expedia said the property was going to collect. The front desk staff weren’t around for at least 10 minutes to check us in and another person was waiting for someone to show their face 10 minutes before we arrived. We were woken up in the middle of the night because people were talking outside and we could hear them. I could hear the man sleeping in the room next to us. Not worth what we paid for.

It’s a no

This places has “instagrammable” rooms and what I assume are sponsored reviews to skew ratings. This is a motel and should be known as such. Not close to 3 star hotel. Fit and finish aren’t great. Look ok in photos but are cheap in real life. Parking is not great - limited in terms of number of spots and room the spots have. We came in the offseason - post ski season but pre Memorial Day. I can’t imagine dealing with snow or peak crowds. Buildings are all road facing. As it is a motel set up, you hear everyone walking or driving by, and all your adjoining neighbors’ rooms. We stayed in room 112 which also faces what will be the lot and back alley of a restaurant, meaning you will also be hearing staff and patrons until close. Rooms are small. It was just two of us with limited luggage and it was tight. Again, I can’t imagine traveling with ski gear, or as others have mentioned, families. Our TV also didn’t work. We were lucky with weather so didn’t matter much but basic for 3 star hotel. Our shower didn’t fully shut off, dripped through night. Couldn’t fully dry and smelled mildewy. There are other hotels and inns nearby which will provide the location, and similar pricing. For off season pricing it is a no, and for whatever they charge during peak season is a bigger no. Is the location great? Yes. Is it otherwise worth it? No.
